TS got off to the best possible start with an away win at Ludlow! The long trip paid off as man of the match Kev Price got a hat trick and fellow striker partner Nick Best getting two to make it 5 nil. The first half started with a typical open game of the season feel, both sides showing signs of match fitness and both creating as many chances as each other. Kev Price got his first of the afternoon and some good defence work from Captain Ben Cheadle & winning the aerial battle from Ian 'Chunk' Gilliespie & not to mention some fine goal keeping from Alex 'Archie' Richards who was playing on top top form. TS went into half time 1 nil up but still work to do.

Second half a quick change at half time with the debut handed to Craig 'Billy' Williams, TS started off better than ever creating chance after chance and with Archie in such good form didn't seem too threatened, although Ludlow were still creating chances. Kev Price got his hat trick (his second a beautiful lob from around 20-25 yards) and Nick Best adding with his two the game finished 5 nil and a happy long trip back to Shrewsbury.

Man of the match - has to be hat trick hero Kev Price, however Archie in goal was something else today and having a keeper on top form like that really gave the whole team a boost of confidence!!
