Technical Services FC (TSFC) was founded by me and my mates in 2005. I am the office manager for Technical Services (Shropshire) LTD, who supply & install CCTV and Sound Systems. So I asked my company if they would sponsor the football team.
The club is now into its fourth season, having won all that can be won in the Shropshire Alliance League and finishing TREBLE CHAMPIONS in the 2008/09 season. The club and everyone involved have found promotion to the County Division One league out of reach at this time, simply with a great loss of players, more voluntary help required off the pitch & new pitch facilities required. An opportunity arose for TSFC to continue but not having to stay in the Alliance League, a local successful Sunday Side Reman AFC approached TSFC for a take-over; this idea was then put to the players and was voted as the favorite option for the coming seasons.
So, Technical Services FC as from the 2009/10 football season they apply their trade through the Shrewsbury & District Sunday Premier League.
The squad is now in full swing in pre season training with friendly games being booked in thick and fast! New players fitting in very well and now the management team are starting to work their magic ahead of the new season!
